You are cordially invited to attend our last Education event of the year....a breakfast in King of Prussia.

8:30-9:30 a.m. - Registration & Hot Breakfast Buffet

9:30-10:30 a.m. - Session I  - "An Estate Planner's Perspective on the New Tax Law""
presented by Gary Altman, CFP®, Principal Attorney, Altman & Associates

Understand the future of estate planning after the new tax law and why estate planning is even more important than ever for your clients.  Learn about how to achieve a new basis for assets held in irrevocable trusts, as well how to minimize income taxes on assets earned by irrevocable trusts.  Understand the new meaning of "irrevocable" - that it can only be changed with difficulty and cost.

10:40-11:40 a.m.  Session II - "Increased Success from Fantastic Client Relationships!!"
presented by Michael Byrnes, President of Byrnes Consulting

The client and planner values, beliefs and attitudes have to be aligned to have a successful relationship. There also needs to be a strong foundation, based on excellent communication, before counseling clients to have impactful outcomes.

Mike will cover best practices to create a strong planner-client dynamic, which starts with developing a relationship of honesty and trust in every client interaction.

Planners will learn how to pick up on verbal and non-verbal communications.  They will also realize how crucial it is to apply active listening skills when communicating with clients.  Lastly, attendees will discover other helpful communication techniques to use with private clients.

Attendees will learn to build strong relationships with clients so they can best take financial planning advice and act on it.

Note:  2 Hours of CFP® CE Approved and 2 Hours of PA Insurance CE credits pending approval.
