This session will explain what is an ISO, what is the AMT, how to develop exercise/sell strategies, as well as other advanced planning techniques, and how this all impacts personal cash flow and income tax needs.  It will provide a deeper understanding of how ISOs are taxed, how that impacts cash flow, and how this information can be used to work with clients to develop sound exercise/sell strategies.

4:30-5:30 p.m. - "Succeeding in a Recession While Helping Clients Through Down Markets" presented by Mike Byrnes, President, Byrnes Consulting, LLC

Whether we like it or not, another recession is inevitable.  Financial Planners are often their busiest during a market crisis.  That is why they need to be prepared to provide the best communication and counseling they can to their clients during that heightened time of need.  Financial planning advice will be shared on how to best help clients during down markets. As we know from behavioral finance, this is when investors can, and often do, make their biggest mistakes.

5:30-7:00 p.m. - Networking, Cocktails (one free drink ticket) & Hors d'oeuvres

We thank our sponsor :
