|FPA Philly Harassment Free Policy|
The Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia is dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, including its members, volunteer leaders and staff, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. FPA Philadelphia, at its discretion, retains the right to employ whatever sanctions are necessary to maintain a welcoming environment. We encourage anyone who feels that another person has made you feel unsafe, unwelcome and/or engages in inappropriate behavior to please report the circumstance as soon as possible to Chris Stewart, the FPA Philadelphia Chapter Administrator, or one of the FPA Philadelphia Board of Directors.
We expect all meeting participants to follow the FPA Philadelphia Anti-Harassment policy at all event venues and event-related social activities.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, FPA Philadelphia retains the right to take any actions to keep the event welcoming environment for all participants.
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe, unwelcome and/or engages in appropriate behavior, please report it as soon as possible to Chris Stewart, the FPA Philadelphia Chapter Administrator, or one of the FPA Philadelphia Board of Directors. They will ensure that you are safe and cannot be overheard when sharing the circumstance. You may also choose to report the circumstance anonymously by filling out the Anonymous Report below. The Anonymous Report does not require using your name or contact information.

You can make an anonymous harassment report by completing the fields below. We can't follow up an anonymous report with you directly, and we may investigate the complaint and take whatever action is necessary to prevent a recurrence.
